Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept bookings outside of Sacramento, CA?

​Bookings are accepted outside of the Sacramento region. A travel fee will be charged for parties more than 30 miles.

​How much space do I need ?

​Minimum space would be at least 500-600 sq feet. Consider outside spaces such as a large backyard or park. Our outdoor inflatable arena measures at 30×60 ft

​Do I need insurance?

No, insurance is not needed. A permit may be required if reserving park

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your event for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days can be rescheduled to a future event. cancellations under 48 hrs NO refunds or reschedule.

​What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DISCOVERY. Bookings with Cash app and Venmo must be made by calling (916)265-7099

what if it rains ?

​If you don’t mind being wet and muddy we are still available to set up rain or shine. otherwise we can reschedule or cancel.
