Do you accept bookings outside of Sacramento, CA?

Bookings are accepted outside of the Sacramento region. A travel fee will be charged for parties more than 25 miles.

Do I need insurance?

No, insurance is not needed. But a permit may be required for inflatable tent use.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your event for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days can be rescheduled to a future event. cancellations under 48 hrs NO refunds or reschedule.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DISCOVERY. Bookings with Cash app and Venmo must be made by calling (916)265-7099

what if it rains ?

If you don’t mind being wet and muddy we are still available to set up rain or shine. otherwise we can reschedule or cancel.
